Girls qualified all three for regional one advanced to state.Boys qualified all five for regional one advanced to semi-state.Next year’s returners should look to improve upon many of the races we compete at individually and as a team. With half of the team new to the sport this year, gaining experience for next season was invaluable. The team graduates senior Sarah Boehm and returns Hoskins, junior Erica Voelker, and freshmen Isa Zoeller, Michelle Landeros, and Abby Bratcher. Junior Maci Hoskins moved her way through the state tournament, qualifying for her second trip to the state championship in Terre Haute. The Girls Cross Country team completed its season at the Crawford County Sectional. While we return three strong runners for next season, recruiting new team members will be one of many goals we have set so we can compete with the local schools. The team graduates Harper and Huber with Ben Kelly, Drew Kelly and freshman Max Kirkham returning for the fall 2022 season. Ben Kelly finished his season at the Brown County Semi-State with a lifetime PR in 52nd place. Individually, Junior Ben Kelly, freshman Drew Kelly, and seniors Will Harper and Garrett Huber qualified for the Crawford County Regional.
