A fatality move finishes off the trailer that has Mileena spinning rapid-fire with her sai pointed outward before descending on a downed opponent and ripping them to bits. In a fight with her "sister," Mileena's various attacks, throws, and her Fatal Blow, which sees her throw her sai through her opponent's eyes before biting them in the neck and ripping out their throat. Mileena's new gameplay trailer is just as violent, just trading in screaming and machine-gun fire with the clawing and biting that the character is known for.
